This contact form below is for customer support and customer enquiries. All enquiries are read within a few minutes and responded to within 24 hours, although most are sent a response much much faster.

 

Product Exchanges:

We suggest that you research your ring size before making an order or even make a small purchase off of our site to obtain the free ring sizer device that comes with every order. However if you have made a purchase off this site and require an exchange of size please fill out the form below. 

Key Points:

  • Items must be returned unworn and in brand new condition.
  • The customer is responsible for the postage cost back to us, Studio Jewellery will resend the item back out to you at our cost.

Returning the item(s):

  1. Items must be returned in a crush proof cardboard box similar to the one the item was received in, a bubble wrap envelope does not offer enough protection and any items returned as such will not be accepted.
  2. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be generated upon completing the form below. This must be include in your package as items are sent out by a large distribution center and without this number your request simply won't be found by the system.
