All items ordered from this site are dispatched either the same or next working day from a distribution center in Michigan, USA. All orders come with a free Multisizer ring size measuring device that can be used for future orders.


United States of America:

The following postage options are available

USPS First Class Parcel - $2.99 Delivery 3-7 business days, Free for orders $40+

USPS Priority - $5.99 - Delivery 2-4 business days, Free for orders $60+

USPS Express - $19.00 - Delivery 1-2 business days, Free for orders $150+



Postage is $5.99 or free for orders $75+

Studio Jewellery ships to the following international destinations with an average delivery time of 6 to 10 working days. Please note that this is an average time and during some periods it can take a few days extra.

Western Europe:

Ave delivery time is currently 6 to 10 business days.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

NB: We currently do not ship to Germany, Italy, Portugal or Iceland due to issues with tracking. 


We are aiming to set up a European distribution point for shipping in early to mid 2019. This will be within the EU borders and result in much faster shipping and do away with the customs process. The net result will be to cut shipping times down to 3 to 5 days with no customs process needed.


Oceania, Asia:

Ave delivery time is currently 6 to 10 business days.

Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Korea, New Zealand


All international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their own country if any. All orders have a correct invoice attached and cannot be altered by us to avoid taxes.


Exchanges & Returns

You can exchange or return unused items (except earrings) within 30 days of purchase (For purchases in November / December the exchange time frame is extended to Mid January for all orders to allow for gifting during  Xmas)

Rings: It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct ring size, we do provide a ring sizer with every order but are not responsible for the incorrect use of this device which has proven to be very accurate and useful. If the wrong size ring has been ordered you can return for an exchange.

For all returns and exchanges the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us. Studio Jewellery will provide free shipping back out to the customer.

Items must be received here in "new perfect condition". Any items sent back insufficiently packaged including in just a bubble wrap envelope will not be accepted as the items will almost certainly be damaged and will no longer be considered in "new perfect condition".

Earrings: Please note there are no exchange or return on earrings for reasons of hygiene and for your protection.



Jewellery is delicate by its very nature and Studio Jewellery Pty Ltd does not cover loss, damage, breakage or gradual changes in appearance due to normal wear, mishaps-getting caught and breaking, careless handling or improper use.

If you purchased an item off this website that you believe has a manufacturing fault please return it for inspection by arrangement via the contact form. Upon receiving the item our technicians will look at the item under high magnification and as we have years of experience in every form of metal failure, we can tell very quickly what has occurred and if it is a warrant-able issue or not.
