Studio Jewellery Wholesale:
A ready to go collection of best-selling items only, at wholesale prices for the purpose of resale.
You don’t have to search through multiple wholesale sites, guessing at which items will sell or which items pass durability testing. We have done all of this work for you – based on sales data across our multiple regions.
Our retail website has a return rate of only 2% to 3%, extremely low for any business, resulting in high customer satisfaction, less after sales issues and repeat business.
New on trend designs are added frequently.
Conditions:
Minimum $1000 purchase to qualify for wholesale pricing.
We strongly suggest you order a few pieces as a retail customer to assess the look and feel of our products. Please see our retail site here.
Then progressing to a wholesale customer if you think Studio Jewellery products will do well with your customers.
Please note that are products are largely hand made and the look and feel will reflect this.
We do not have a recommended retail price (RRP) for our products. Pricing is entirely up to you.
Ordering:
After registering, simply select the products you require, add them to the shopping cart and place the order.
We estimate that approximately 80% of the products that you require will be ready for shipping within 3 to 5 days.
We will then send you an invoice of what we have available and the estimated production time for any items not immediately available.
You can of course edit your order at any time. Once your order is finalised we will send you a final order and payment details.
Production Time:
For any items not currently in stock or for very large orders.
Production time for any plain sterling silver or sterling silver with shells is approximately 4 to 8 weeks.
NB: Any items with Gemstones can take 3 to 4 months to produce.
Discounts for larger orders:
$1,000 to $5,000 (10% discount)
$5,000 to $10,000 (15% discount)
$10,000 (please contact for custom pricing)
Shipping:
All orders are sent from our office in Thailand via FREE SHIPPING . We ship va DHL, Fedex or the equivalent thereof.
We ship to North America and Europe on a weekly basis. DHL and Fedex handle the import process very efficiently.
We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries where the importation process is unduly complicated or there are geopolitical issues.

We also have offices/distribution points in Australia, USA and the UK. Part of the order may also be sent from one of these offices.
Returns
We accept returns from European, North America, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
To start the returns process you must contact us within 7 days of delivery as indicated by tracking. The products must then start their way back to us within another 7 days after contacting us. The costs of the sending the items back to us the reclaiming any duties or taxes paid, are the responsibility of the buyer.
For all countries not listed above, we cannot accept returns.
Payment
When you order is finalised we will send a payment request.
We accept credit card or bank transfer for the following regions/countries: European, North America, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
For region/countries not listed above, payment can be made via bank transfer only.
Usage of our content:
Online Sales – We welcome online sales but we don’t allow the usage of our content.
The stock will arrive in small plastic bags without branding.
Incorrect Address:
Please note Studio Jewellery is not responsible for an incorrect address entered by the customer that leads to the delay or even loss of that parcel. Once the parcel is shipped it is often possible to change or edit the address, however we cannot guarantee this every time.
Pricing:
All prices are in United States Dollars ($USD)
Please note we adjust our pricing on the cost of silver. The price of silver has been as low as $14 per ounce in 2020 and has hit $32 in 2024.
Import Duties
All orders are sent via DHL, Fedex or the equivalent. These shipping couriers essentially do all the import process for you. It is just a matter of following the tracking number, then paying the Import Duty amount when it is due.
All international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their own country if any. If you are unsure of what duties or taxes your country imposes, we kindly ask to contact your local post office. All orders have a correct invoice attached and cannot be altered by us to avoid duties or taxes.
