Please allow extra time when ordering during the busy Xmas period. the USPS does its best, but delays can occur during this very very busy period. We strongly suggest ordering as early as possible

USPS First Class Parcel – $2.99 – Delivery 3-7 business days (average), Free for orders $40+. Tracking will only show 1) when parcel is sent and 2) when parcel is delivered.
USPS Priority – $5.99 – Delivery 2-4 business days, Free for orders $80+ (Xmas: orders can take a week or more).
NB: Priority Mail is given preference over USPS First Class Parcel but it is not a guaranteed delivery time.

Fedex 2 Day – $9.99 – Delivery 2 business days.

Canada – Average delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks
Xmas: Delivery times can be 3 to 5 weeks during this very busy period. Please order early to allow for this.

Please note: We have noticed during covid case spikes delivery time can longer than average as the USPS Postal system experience surges in mail volume and possibly staff shortages. We kindly ask for your patience when this occurs.
All international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their own country if any. As we do not keep records of current taxes outside the USA we kindly ask you to contact your local post office and inquire if in doubt. All orders have a correct invoice attached and cannot be altered by us to avoid taxes.
Incorrect Address:
Please note Studio Jewellery is not responsible for an incorrect address entered by the customer that leads to the delay or even loss of that parcel. Once the parcel is shipped by us we do not have the ability to change the address while in transit.
Xmas – Return time extended to December 31st
For orders after November 01, returns are allowed up to December 31st to allow for gifting during the festive season.
NB: The RMA form is required to be filled out before December 31st, then there is a 7 day period for ship the item.
Exchanges & Returns:
You can exchange or return “unused – in new perfect condition” items (except earrings) within 30 days (extended for Xmas – see below) of delivery as indicated by tracking.
The item must be unworn and “unused – in new perfect condition” with the exception for the purpose of “trying on” or cannot be returned. It is a condition of the exchange/return that the item be shipped back in the original “Studio Jewellery” branded box.
For all returns and exchanges the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. Studio Jewellery will provide free shipping back out to the customer. The order can only be exchanged once.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be generated upon completing the exchange form. It is a condition of exchange/return that the RMA number be included in your parcel back to us and the items be sent within seven (7) working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note all correspondence in regards to your return must be done via email and any hand written notes etc included with your return will not be picked up by our system.
Rings: It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct ring size, we offer a ring sizer for $1 but are not responsible for the incorrect use of this device which has proven to be very accurate and useful. If the wrong size ring has been ordered you can return for an exchange.

45 Day Warranty:
Studio Jewellery provides a 45 day warranty against breakage or related issues under normal use. One clear photo of the entire item will often be enough to assess your issue. The item will be replaced when available or refunded when not available/practical to do so.
The 45 day warranty does not cover: Breakage or bending from significant force, colour change due to contact with beauty/cleaning products, or where the item or any parts of the item have been lost.
NB: The warranty time starts from the day tracking shows the order is delivered.
Standard Limited Warranty: (once 45 days has passed)
Jewellery is delicate by its very nature and Studio Jewellery Pty Ltd does not cover loss, damage (including bent items), breakage or gradual changes in appearance due to normal wear, colour change due to contact with beauty/cleaning products, mishaps-getting caught and breaking, careless handling or improper use.
If you purchased an item off this website that you believe has a manufacturing fault please contact us via the contact form. We will provide general information then ask for a high resolution image. Upon receiving one clear photo our technicians, that have years of experience in every form of metal failure, can tell very quickly what has occurred and if it is a warrant-able issue or not.
Gemstones are of course naturally occurring and will vary in colour, shape, clarity and can come with imperfections/inclusions (small fissues and cracks) – no two are alike and that is what makes them unique and beautiful. Natural imperfections are not a warrant-able/replace-able issue.
If you do receive a gemstone ring that doesn’t necessarily appeal to you, you can return it via the exchange/refund form. Simply enter “refund” on the space for new size. Exchange Form:
