NB 1: USPS First Class Parcel tracking will show only when parcel is sent and delivered (Partial Tracking).
NB 2: Sometimes due to circumstances out of control of the USPS, First Class Parcel delivery can take a few days longer than average.

All international orders are sent via USPS and when they arrive in your country are delivered via your national post office. The tracking number can be used on both the USPS and your national post offices websites.

Studio Jewellery ships to the following international destinations with an average delivery time of 5 to 10 working days. Please note that this is an average time and during some periods it can take a few days extra.

Free shipping for orders $60+
NB: In December delivery time can take a few extra days by the USPS/Canada Post due to this very busy period.
Due to world wide events we have taken the decision to stop shipping to Europe from our USA base. The reason being international shipments are subject to extra safety screenings and this is causing shipping times to increase from say 2 weeks delivery to perhaps 4 weeks or more.
We are in the process of opening a distribution center in Europe, we were actually due to open in April/May and hope to still do so or as soon as the current worldwide situation stabilisers. So, we welcome you to follow us on instagram and perhaps purchase from us soon from our EU center.

All international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their own country if any. All orders have a correct invoice attached and cannot be altered by us to avoid taxes.
Please note Studio Jewellery is not responsible for an incorrect address entered by the customer that leads to the delay or even loss of that parcel. Once the parcel is shipped by us we do not have the ability to change the address while in transit.
Exchanges & Returns:
You can exchange or return “unused – in new perfect condition” items (except earrings) within 30 days of delivery as indicated by tracking. The item must be unworn and “unused – in new perfect condition” with the exception for the purpose of “trying on” or cannot be returned. It is a condition of the exchange/return that the item be shipped back in the original “Studio Jewellery” branded box.
For all returns and exchanges the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. Studio Jewellery will provide free shipping back out to the customer. The order can only be exchanged once.
If an order was initially sent “free shipping”, but after the return the final order value no longer qualifies for free shipping, the standard shipping fee that would have been charged will not be refunded.
Xmas: For purchases from 15th November to 20th December – the exchange time frame is extended to 15th January for all orders to allow for gifting during Xmas.
Rings: It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct ring size, we do provide a free ring sizer with every order (if selected at the cart stage of purchase) but are not responsible for the incorrect use of this device which has proven to be very accurate and useful. If the wrong size ring has been ordered you can return for an exchange.

Jewellery is delicate by its very nature and Studio Jewellery Pty Ltd does not cover loss, damage (including bent items), breakage or gradual changes in appearance due to normal wear, mishaps-getting caught and breaking, careless handling or improper use.
If you purchased an item off this website that you believe has a manufacturing fault please return it for inspection by arrangement via the contact form. Upon receiving the item our technicians will look at the item under high magnification and as we have years of experience in every form of metal failure, we can tell very quickly what has occurred and if it is a warrant-able issue or not.
