I don't know my ring size?
If you have purchased rings before, you may have a good idea what your size is.
If you don’t know your ring size at all we suggest that you make a small order with us in order to obtain the ring sizer device for a token amount. Once you have this very handy tool you will be able to order in the future with confidence.
Can I wear your jewellery in water / the ocean?
Yes of course, all of our items are solid 925 sterling silver and water is not an issue.
We do suggest not leaving items in standing water, a damp place or sustained contact with hot water as these can lead to discolouration. If this does occur any discolouration can be polished out with a silver polishing cloth.
Do you do custom work or make bigger sizes?
We are an online retailer of sterling silver fashion jewelry and as most of our items are made in batches we don’t have the ability to make custom designs or custom sizes.
All currently available items are already up on the site.
Do you have a shop?
We currently sell online only. This allows us to eliminate expensive costs like rent and be able to deliver a quality product at an affordable price.
We currently ship items from 3 locations:
Sydney: for all orders within Australia
Michigan: for North American orders
Belfast: For All European orders
When will you process my exchange / return?
All returns should be sent with a tracking number to monitor your return. Once the tracking number notifies you that your exchange / return is back at our warehouse please allow for 2 to 5 working days for processing.

We cannot guarantee a reply to all DM/PM’s. Email is always the best way to contact any company, DM/PM isn’t built for high volume messaging and therefore we can’t guarantee we will actually receive every message sent this way.
All enquiries about customer orders must to be sent via email. We must comply with various consumer laws and regulations in regards to accepting credit cards for payments. For this reason we have an obligations to keep all correspondence that relates to an order for at least 6 months. This can only be done via email.
Can 925 Sterling Silver discolour / turn black?
925 Sterling Silver will remain more or less the same colour under normal circumstances.
However when it comes in contact with certain items it can discolour or even turn black over just a few hours.
Known items to cause contact issues are perfumes, cosmetics, household cleaning materials, tea tree oil, swimming in a highly chlorinated pool or leaving them in a damp place like the bathroom for an extended time period.
Any tarnishing or even darkening of silver is not due to a fault in the manufacturing process and is not a warrant-able/replace-able issue.
The good news is that the loss of colour is only on the surface and can be easily polished out. A silver polishing cloth can be purchased online for just a few dollars.
NB: Studio Jewellery does not currently sell silver polishing clothes.
Will my fingers turn green?
Not unless you are a frog 🙂
All of our items are sterling silver – assayed for purity. Having said this very occasionally when silver comes into contact with certain items it can slowly turn darker and this can rub off on the finger as a gray-ish mark. Hand creams, cosmetics and other household chemicals can accelerate the oxidisation process.
The good news is that any “darker” colour that may make mark the finger comes off easily in water. The inside of the ring can also be wiped with a cotton cloth or silver polishing cloth to remove the oixidisation which causes this issue.

Cannot cancel/edit an order:
When we receive orders our batch processing software picks them up and starts processing them almost immediately.
Therefor we cannot edit or cancel an order once received. We do apologise for this..
